Everyone is sp friendly! Rooms are nice!

The entire hotel smells of old stale cigarette smoke. i mentioned it to the front desk and they said people stay here but can smoke outside.So it probably comes in on their clothing. this smell is a little deeper than that. So if they could do something as far as maybe cleaning the carpets or putting out air freshener, it would really help. We liked the property and we would definitely stay again.

"Nice hotel on the edge of Leadville."

Nice hotel for our one-night stay. Our room at the back of the hotel on the second floor was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast was very basic.
