Hallways and rooms were freezing

Liked the location only

Room heating system, Bathroom Tapes, Shower facilities, lack of floor carpets, specially in the winter at the ground floor, lack of blankets, Never recommend this hotel to anyone socially in the winter. Don’t know about the summer situation but worst stay I have ever faced in my life along with my family. Only the receptionist tried her level best to provide the service.

The receptionist in the morning was nice.

It had a really bad smell of cigarettes. I couldn’t sleep at all because of that situation. The place looks old and needs some repairs. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

smelt like smoke. spiders and other insects INSIDE the room. cracks everywhere. bed sheets were dirtyyyy. nasty overall.

The room was clean and neat and the staff was friendly. I liked that the ordinarily outside access to the rooms was closed in to protect from weather.

The room was freezing cold when I arrived and it took most of the night for the room to warm up. The breakfast room was dark and cold, and the breakfast itself was sketchy. The fruit was bruised and looked like it had been there too long. The cream cheese for the bagels was out of a community pot and not individual servings. The juice and milk containers were all large (not individual or out of sanitary drink dispensers).
