The front desk staff

The room was dirty the bathroom have the last guests hair everywhere. The bathroom was dirty and the bed sheets had the last guests clothes red pj or what ever they had on on the sheets. The heat wasn't working, the room was very cold.

The location.

The beds are hard, the pillows too soft, the water pressure in the shower too slow, no grip on the bathtub(slipped). The hotel has long term rentals, lots of activity and it felt unsafe. The breakfast is not continental.
