Beach Walk Hotel

The value of this hotel is unmatched, just a half block away from the boards right on 10th street which to me is EXACTLY where the boardwalk starts to get fun. Its cozy and has everything you need, the town is the attraction here so why pay more for the glitz and glam of other hotels in the area? Indoor pool? We have THE OCEAN right there! Spa??? Im just gonna sweat off all the work 5 minutes after I walk out the door. This is your one stop shop. Its got a bed, a TV, a fridge and a bathroom. What else do you need?

There's not much i dont like here, the only thing I could say is the room(s) might need a little refresh. For example some of the blind slats were broken in our room for the windows. So I think just keeping an eye on those small things could make a bit of difference.

How close it was to the beach

I have stayed at your hotel several times over the years. This year was different from any other time. The carpet in our room was FILTHY at best. It was BLACK and it had a horrible smell. Me and my family had to walk around in our shoes because the carpet was turning our feet black. The blinds were broken so anyone outside of the hotel could see me and my family changing. The shower head was broken the water went a million different ways instead of in the shower. It is a shame this hotel has gotten this way. I will never be returning.

It doesn't have a gym, it doesn't have free breakfast, it doesn't have bike rentals, or free water bottles or a cookies when you check in. But it's a clean, well-run establishment in a perfect location. I would highly recommend if you're visiting Ocean City.

Not enough parking if you went out most times when you came back lot was full. Need to # spots with room # and get cars removed that aren't staying there

It was close to the beach. Room stayed cold.

Parking was a little cramped but then realized there was an overflow parking a street down.

We were traveling through and stayed one night. It was a great stay. Rooms were decent size and very clean. Beds were ok. We were on the third floor and stairs were narrow and hard with luggage. Would recommend lower level. Only complaint is parking. It was packed and we had to park a block and a half away. It was not well signed to show where we should park in the lot. A woman stopped us and directed us however suggested we leave the spot by morning. Normal parking lot was full. Otherwise location is right on boardwalk and very nice!!

Amazing coffee available at the front desk and crazy cool location

Nice location. Rooms are good size. Hotel is dated , room had a damp smell though.
