Beach Walk Hotel

Great house lots of space

Hotel was accommodating and super close to the beach. Staff is friendly. Bath mats would have been helpful, doors stuck to the primary bedroom door and the shower rods were rusted and took away from the potential of the ensuite. We were expecting bunk beds in one of the room but instead there were two full size beds, which we made work. Airbnb feel nonetheless. We’d stay here again.

My car died on the way into Ocean City and the lady working at the front desk went above and beyond to help make my stay great. She defiantly made me feel welcome and important. Not all big hotels make you feel this way.

Location fantastic. There were 4 large bedrooms with multiple beds and 4 bathrooms. 3 of which had showers.

Almost all the windows blinds were so tattered with pieces missing it made dressing and undressing in the bedrooms difficult due to privacy. The power to the air conditioner was not turned on and this was not discovered until well into our trip. We had been coming and going and noticing the house not really cooling off. Temperature stayed around 76 inside. Outside temperature about the same so it did not get terribly uncomfortable until our 4th day. We had most ceiling fans going but in one bedroom the fan blades were so loose and barely attached we could not turn on fan. I did notify the desk and they called their supervisor but unfortunately due to the timing of the call (evening hours, maintenance not on site.) We were told she would send someone out.first thing in the morning. Maintenance did not show up until after noon the next day and discovered main switch behind house was off. It was also discovered that the refrigerator was completely broken and we lost all of our groceries we bought. We had bought the food the first day we were there on Monday but eating out and snacking most days. So while maintenance there they brought us a small dorm size fridge but we had to dispose of all our meats cheese eggs and milk. Very costly waste to us. I am going to ask for reimbursement.

Everything the hotel was amazing, it was a very homey place. The stuff were so sweet too. It was clean and the bathroom was big, there’s places to put your clothes so you don’t have to worry about that. On the balcony you can see the oven so it was a good view

The parking, there isn’t a lot of parking so if all the parking is taken up at the end of the night you have to pay for parking on the street tha.

This property is not taken care of. Many things were broken and dirty.

The rooms were bigger than I thought! Beds were comfortable and the front desk ladies were very kind!

Only issue I had was when I called the inbox was full and I wasn't able to talk to anyone/no calls could go through.
