What a unique and comfortable little spot! It was easy to gain access. I was meeting my husband there for the night to attend a concert, and he surprised me with our dog. I contacted the property, and they were so gracious and accommodating. The room was immaculate. The Bed was comfortable.

There was a farmers' market on Saturday morning. The morning after our night there. And it made the parking situation a little ridiculous. I don't think it was at all the establishment's fault; it was a bit inconvenient, though. I did have a good time at the market, however. The only other feedback I have is that while the room was spotless, with the exception of the bed, the furniture in the room was well-worn and old.

Great location and wonderful staff. Facilities are great and the beds are comfortable. Great value too!

I loved the location and accommodations. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Close to everything in the Vail and the venues in Minturn had great food within walking distance. Minturn Anglers is a block away for fisherman. The Eagle River runs through town.

Pros: - Location was a short drive to Vail and the little town of Minturn was actually really cute with a few places right in walking distance to eat - Check in was pretty seamless

Cons: I would NOT RECOMMEND this place. It was super disappointing -- especially for the high price for the night! - Our room was in a basement, very small dark and NOT that clean - The heat was blasting and would not turn down - Air was so dry and the bed was old and uncomfortable. - We basically got a terrible night sleep in our hot dungeon of a room.
