"Grungy!"

"Over priced old dirty rooms."

Old nasty rooms. Warped door, broken plumbing, terrible parking with not enough parking for all rooms. Had to take an uber to dinner so I wouldn’t lose parking place. The are remodeling and woke up by construction noise and construction at 630am.
