"Was a nice stay."

Nice area. Nice pool. Clean. Had issue with shower head and they fixed right away!

The parking was difficult due to the tiki bar traffic. They need a designated area just for hotel guests to park. Construction started at 8 am in the morning, not an ideal time for the weekend. They need bigger beds with newer mattresses they were definitely old and very worn out. Bed covers could use updating.

The location is ideal. Love the courtyard and tiki bar.

The location is ideal but for the money, they need to put a little more effort into the overall cleanliness. The lamps and light fixtures are rusted, blinds dirty,, old rusty fridge, etc. It can be such an awesome place but they need to put a little time and money into the property, just take a little pride in it. "Old Florida style" doesn't have to mean rundown or dirty

"Great vibe and location"

Nice motel in a great location. Staff were friendly. The Tikibar with beach access was a great vibe, it was a weekday, so it was chilled and relaxed. Watched a SpaceX launch from the beach. The rooms were clean, the sea air had taken its toll on some of the fittings but no issue really. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach and I liked having a restaurant bar on site. It was in a quiet location and appeared safe for a solo female traveler.

The room was not clean. The windows were dirty. The floors were filthy. The shower tub surround was moldy and dirty. The water pressure was very poor. I didn’t even take a shower because the water smelled like iron. The refrigerator was very small. The cable TV was worthless. It seemed like a safe location so that was OK. It was a high price for the lack of quality.
