The lack of pillows and the kitchen was closed for dinner so had to go else where.

Location was great; open parking lot…5 minute walk to the Farmers side of Queensgate Mall…plenty of nearby restaurants.

The electric kettle was in serious need of lime scale cleaning; also, the shower curtain didn’t close completely, so water puddled on the bathroom floor; mini fridge had stains (maybe coffee?) on the top edge of the door; television instructions were Asian language, so couldn’t read them.

The room was fine for what we needed. It's basic accommodation, but everything is clean and comfortable.

It was a little small. It can be noisy if people are having conversations in the hallway.

Location and price was good

The rooms were old but clean, no sky channel, there was a funny smell through the building. The building needs upgrading it is very rundown.

This was fantastic value for money. It was very clean, warm and was perfect for what we needed - which was a comfy bed to sleep in and a hot shower the next morning. The staff were so lovely and kind as well - we had a few delays on our trip which meant we didn't arrive at the hotel until 2.30am, however the man at the front desk came out to meet us and check us in despite it being the early hours of the morning. If you are looking for accommodation with all the bells and whistles, then go and spend more money at an expensive hotel that will give you that. Some of these bad reviews are completely unwarranted. You cannot complain when you are getting a clean, warm room with excellent customer service for less than $130 a night.
