Riddiford Hotel

Was close to Queensgate.

Old and in need of an upgrade. Cold rooms, poor condition. Cost per night probably twice what’s reasonable for room size and condition.

The room & bathroom were very neat, tidy & clean. The decor is a bit dated. The hotel was so close to the wedding venue we attended it was so easy to walk. There is a heap of parking for guests. The lady on reception was very nice & obliging, nothing was to much trouble but sadly a wee bit hard to understand

It would've been handy to have been able to close the heavy curtains to shut out the street lights. We had 3 pillows but 4 would've been good. The amount of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & milk was a bit on the stingy side, a few more sachets & milk would be nice.

Excellent service, really charming and good recommendations for cafes/restaurants. Their restaurant services the next yumchar in Wellington.

It was all good

Friendly staff, had all the commodities I needed for a couple of nights stay. Surprisingly quiet for a weekend, and clean premises.

The person who took my telephone booking was very friendly and helpful.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly.

Room was small, which was fine for what we needed on this visit, but it was smaller than in the photos online. I didn't like the smell in the lobby.
