Staff were friendly

No phone system in the room for room service. Lift was down for sometime too.

Hotel is located at prime location from Airport. Hotel rooms were neat & clean. Hotel staff were cooperative & helpful. Hotel Manager was very humble & kind, he upgraded our two rooms. Most important next day we were bit late for breakfast & it was closed. Hotel Manager instructed to kitchen staff to prepare breakfast & serve even after closing time…

The hotel gives historic feels. The hotel is beautiful with really timeless interiors. Speaking of the comfort level, the rooms were huge and the breakfast was overwhelming. Loved the location and staff was helpful

We asked for a different room because we noticed blood in the bathroom, which we got without questions asked. Zafar was very helpful and clear in his communication.

In our new room we noticed a leak in the bathroom, the floor was wet after we returned from dinner. Breakfast was mediocre, especially since you pay a premium for it. On top, we wanted to use the swimming pool for which we were quoted €30 euros for an hour, which is a ridiculous amount.

A very nice hotel with super polite and helpful staff. We came a little earlier and they checked us in fine. Good breakfast!

Everything is exceptional.

Nothing

It's a cozy hotel with the friendliest staffs and value for money service. They let us check-in early which was quite a relief as we had woken up really early to travel. Moreover, since I had an upset stomach prior to reaching here, the next day, they were kind enough to serve breakfast to our room. This gesture was really nice of them and made me feel good with their hospitality. Highly recommend! 😃

It is near everywhere.

We had an instance where the guest staying the next room mistakenly opened our door. Meaning their cards can open any room 🫣. There is no elevator. The bathroom shower design is slanted and of no use. 😂
