Shahdil Hotel and Spa

Spacious room and great breakfast was like having my mum cook for me. Staff were friendly and efficient and attentive. Nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Registan about a 40-minute walk or a short taxi ride. All other sites are a taxi ride away. Definitely stay here. 💯 Спасибо, было здорово. 🤗

Just a mention that there is no lift if this is an issue for you. 😉 otherwise all good.

The rooms are really clean and the beds are comfortable. The daily housekeeping is very nice and professional. The front desk crew is really helpful , kind and professional. The breakfast was really nice. Everything was wonderful.

The breakfast was varied and plentiful and the staff were efficient. The location of the hotel was very convenient and there were lots of good restaurants within walking distance. It took only about 20 mins to walk to the Registan. The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially Bekzod, who spoke excellent English and gave us some valuable advice.

Our hotel room overlooked the main road in front of the hotel which was a bit noisy sometimes.

1. Amazing staff members. They were super helpful, arranging everything even by their own initiative. For example, i arrived with my mother. Bekzod immediately gave us room downstairs thinking about my mother’s age and her ability to climb over stairs. It was nice of him. They called me taxi every time i asked for one. They made me to feel at home. I travel a lot and for me the attitude of the staff to guests is vital. Therefore, I would say Shahdil staff were great! Thanks to Bekzod, Sherdil and staff in the kitchen. 2. Location is away from crowded places, which was good for us. 3. It has sauna and hamam for extra fee.

The room was near reception and waiting sofas are near the room. In the late evenings people- i believe guests would sit there and started talking which causes a bit of disturbance, but it was only once. I asked them to be quiet and it was ok.
