"Lovely place to stay in Cusco near the centre. Good value and customer service."

Great location, homely feel, stunning views from rooftop and balcony, warm shower, comfy beds, friendly and quick customer service from online reception. SUCH GOOD VALUE. Definitely a hidden gem.

The room was very cold and we had to pay extra (20 soles per day) for a heater but considering the overall price of the room this wasn't much and was very worth it.

The best host in Cusco. Full support all the time. Lovely terrace with city view. A bit of challenge for the tour operators to find the door, but that’s their problem..🙂. Highly recommend for everyone! Thank you for everything!!!

"You get what you pay for, it’s cheap but not the most comfortable"

Good location, let us leave our bags for a few days for free which was great, and we loved the terrace. Good kitchen too

Woken up early and rudely in order to pay for the room which could have been done at any time. The entry door is far too low and should have something to warn you(sign or something to protect heads) it’s ridiculous how low it is. Shower is almost freezing even when following instructions on how to get ‘warm’ water

"Perfect stay"

The location was perfect, 5-10 mins from the main place.The staff was always available by message if we had any question and the hostel was really cosy! We went 2 nights at Agua calientes to visit the Machu Picchu and came back to Cusco. We just took backpacks with us while the hostel kept our luggages safe, which made the visit over there way easier I would definitely recommend
