Great location and nice view from the terrace. They operate on a “virtual reception system” and were helpful and fast to respond.

The room felt very damp and cold. There was no extractor fan or heater and the “inner courtyard view” looked into what was basically a hallway and therefore I didn’t feel safe opening my window. The inner courtyard view provided no privacy and so curtains had to stay drawn meaning the room was constantly dark.

The roof top view is great.

They expected me to pay more than what I had booked for and then started playing some very immature games calling me dishonest because I refused to pay extra than what was advertised and I had booked. The electric showers are extremely dangerous - open wires in the shower could kill someone!

Very attentive staff via WhatsApp, even let us have a late checkout. The view from the rooftop was beautiful overlooking the city. Easy walk into the main square. Kitchen had the basics

One of the best stay I ever had in Peru. The hotel is running by the family, they are so kind they let me stay in the room the whole day on my check out day because I had to catch the bus in the evening at 10 pm. Also very helpful if u have any questions about any tours etc. The room and the surrounding were very quiet I had a really good sleep during my whole stay. The rooftop terrace is amazing, such a good view over the whole city. Especially at night. I can recommend it to 100% Thanks again for everything! :) Vanessa

The organization was extremely easy and uncomplicated. Going to Machu Picchu and coming back as well as staying longer in the room in case of a nightbus is also no problem. Would definitely recommend!

Great hosts and lovely homely environment for our time in Cusco

A great place with very friendly and approachable people and an awesome view of the city. We stayed three nights here. The room is a good size, very clean and there is a rooftop where you have an awesome view over the city. Its not in the city center, 3-5 minutes walk,but its calm area. The communication of the host was very good, we were all the time informed about the status of booking, how to get there and enter (including videos on how to enter the building, find keys etc.) Highly recommended.
