Umid was an absolutely impeccable host. He made us feel right at home and was incredibly helpful. The hotel is very centrally located and the rooms well decorated and comfortable. Best breakfast in Uzbekistan!

Location is great but hospitality is superb. Umid is a great host and makes you feel at home. Specially recommended for couples or solo travellers, looking for private space, no crowds or noise but yet with very good value for the money. Room was his former grandma's, beautifully renovated, impecably clean and with very comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious, generous and very diverse. I could spend hours talking to Umid, don't miss the good conversation with him. If needed, he can help you with finding local guides speaking English or other languages, in Bukhara and other Uzbek cities. This was our case and guides we got were very nice and competent.

Beautiful old family house turned into a small boutique hotel, run by the family. Very tasty breakfast, attentive hosts and excellent location in the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owner was very kind, and helped us to organize trips and guides, taxi to the airport. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful family-run place in Bukhara. Umid, the host, was incredibly generous, helpful, and truly hospitable — he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Out of all the places we visited in Uzbekistan, our stay here was the most memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Bukhara!

I stayed at the Usman Heritage with some friends and we all loved it. Umid has been an incredible host, and it is clear that this is a true labour of love. From precommunication and logistics to going above and beyond on special requests regarding breakfast, restaurant and cultural recommendations, to even room upgrades, everything has been absolute fantastic. It was a true pleasure and thanks Umid for making our travels to Uzbekistan even more enjoyable!
