We felt like we were guests at our friends in Bukhara. Such charming hosts, superb place. warm breakfast. Excellent and tasty coffee. Attention to detail. spotless clean rooms.

Thoughtful, beautiful, quiet - convenient to walk throughout the old town. Breakfast on our balcony was exceptional. This small hotel has my highest recommendation.

I loved the historical family story about this unique property . The grandmothers house is truly an authentic unique stay in this historic place - it is so in keeping with the surroundings and the fact that her lovely grandson and his wife are now building a wonderful business here is a lovely treatment to his grandmothers memory .

The absolutely amazing friendliness of the owner his wife and staff The comfort - it was home away from home. Clean comfy cosy and all newly renovated in a sympathetic way to the surroundings . What a lovely oasis in Bukhara ! You can tell the host has put his soul in the hotel ! It’s a real family house that holds a lot of history. Probably our favorite hotel during our holidays !

Umid is a warm and friendly host who always made us feel welcome. The hotel is new and comfortable, the breakfast made at the moment with fresh products. We had a great time.

Super friendly host, a rich history!

The staff were superb, it’s the best service I’ve received in Samarkand hands down, we had to check out at 4:00 am and the hotel manager was waiting outside with takeaway coffees and breakfast. He also laid out chairs for us and a table with tea and snacks, and a lamp at night, in the courtyard.

Pricing, for the same a huge and fancy room with a jacuzzi! Half of the asking would have been fair. The balcony is actually a small terrace which is fairly dirty and littered with everyday objects with no direct access from the room. The bathroom is miniscule with no seperation between shower and toilet. The room is very small though well decorated. Location wise it is decent BUT there are buildings being constructed and filled with litter nearby. Honestly we felt a little bamboozled.

Very interesting house that has been in the family for generation and been converted to a hotel. There are family photos with explanations about them that adds to the charm of the ambience.
