Renaissance Boutique Hotel

A very cozy and stylish hotel within walking distance of all major attractions. The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with everything you might need. Even slippers, a bathrobe, and a toothbrush with toothpaste (a rare find!). Natalia and Mehrangiz at the reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help, give tips, and offer recommendations 24/7. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The only minor downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection, but as I understood, this seems to be a general issue in the city, not specific to the hotel. Even my eSIM rarely had more than 3G coverage while in town. Highly recommended!

The reception staff Natali was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond by providing us with valuable local information, arranging an early check-out, and even organizing an early breakfast for us. The breakfast was good, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

The receptionist speaks very good English. Always smile and upgrade my room. I really appreciate that.

The stairs are too high, and there is no male staff can help my luggages. All hot breakfast food are cold

As per my booking by booking.com I can make early check-in from 10 am but when I contact hotel they was asking me 20 $ extra for early check-in. On another hand they was asking me how I get low price but our hotel price is higher than the price in booking.com Because of this I have to book another hotel at the last minute I will never suggest anyone to book such an unprofessional hotel ever!!

The location is accessible, near to city center, supermarket.the staff is accommodating.
