Our room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Noisy (side road), partially under construction, horrible cold breakfast (90% was not fresh) in a room with no windows

Friendly workers , and all the rooms are very clean. I think its a new hotel .. every thing seems new. For location .. we needed to order Taxi every time we go out for visiting historical attractions .. it was fine with us , but you can find around near restaurants and supermarkets.

1- internet wasn’t working well all time . 2-The breakfast could be more improved by the hotel .. the food was cold and served cold.. everyday the same type of food + the eggs are filled with oil ! And only two types of eggs .. you need to reheat your food every time by the microwave, no fresh juices , only one big bottle of water / Fanta & Cola ! no different pastries only some types of same crepes and french toasts .. the bread are not fresh .. it was hard .. sorry but you can improve the breakfast even if the hotel is small and only 3 stars hotel ..

The hotel is located within an accessible distance of monuments, in a safe part of the city. There are plenty of dining options, a bank, public transport and a shopping center nearby. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me with the trip to Tajikistan and with the withdrawal of money. Despite the fact that the payment card option is listed on the Booking website, in reality this is not possible. Although the hotel has a payment terminal, it is not functional or no one knows how to operate it. I was therefore forced to withdraw cash from an ATM under very unfavorable conditions. The breakfasts are very average. Dairy products and salami are not refrigerated, they are left at room temperature. The same hot buffet. The ox's eyes were cold after standing for a long time. The dishes were not labeled with names. Each step to the first floor and basement was different in height and width. So dangerous. There was a dusty carpet all over the room. Hangers - hooks for outerwear were missing. The toilet, sink and shower were in separate rooms within the room - quite impractical for a single room. The switches were centrally just behind the entrance door to the room. They were placed between the wall and the trunk at a level of about 70 cm above the ceiling, it was necessary to bend. The set for making tea and coffee included a kettle, a cup and a glass. Also 1 tea bag on arrival. There was no sugar or coffee on offer, and even the tea was not replenished for the whole week. The shower corner was technologically poorly designed and water flowed onto the floor and formed a puddle. The sink with mirror lacked mirror lighting and an electrical outlet for a hair dryer or shaver. I also missed a desk with a chair in the room. The hotel looks luxurious to the eye, but it's just smelly misery.

Location to train station. An M1 bus takes you to the door for $0.30

Lack of tourist information but then I find that throughout Uzbekistan. Make sure you know everything before you arrive. No one has street maps in this country

Very nice, polite staff especially lady in the reception. The room was spacious, with air condition, very quiet. Near is bus stop: 52 takes to airport, 22 to train station.
