女性ひとりでしたが立地がよく夜ふらっとレギスタン広場まで行ったり、暑くて疲れた日中やトイレを使うために一回戻ったりできました。またホテル前が開けているため、yandexもホテル目の前まできてくれます。スタッフの方は英語が話せ、出入りする時に気にかけてくれましたし、荷物だけ先に預かってもらえないか電話して相談してから向かったところ、チェックイン前だったにも関わらず清掃が終わっている部屋を準備してくれました。シャワーはお湯が出るし、水も部屋に用意してくれて文句なしです！

強いて言えば、最初に用意してくれた部屋の鍵が壊れていましたが、お願いしたら隣の部屋にすぐに買えてくれました。
