Hotel area is perfect , very near historical area, hotel is very comfortable , clean and nice. Breakfast is great. Personel is very helpfull. Thanks Shozzot and Beka and all workers

Staff was good ... location is awesome... bathroom bad , everything was just hanging ,like nothing was fixed. There was a particular smell in the room and breakfast area like it was closed for many days

The bathroom is too bad . Breakfast had nothing much, but when we asked them to bring bread and omelate, they arranged.

He gave us the room that I requested! The area is very accessible by yandex or even by walking. Its very near to the registran square which I really love.

Nothing because everything is perfect

Good value for money and great location very close to Registan. Supermarkets nearby. I had a huge room. The water pressure in the bath was excellent and there was always hot water for a nice shower after a lot of walking. Lovely setting and very clean. Great breakfast selection. The place has a lot of character.

My only gripe is that the mattress was rock hard. It was like sleeping on a table. I did sleep fine, but woke up with too much pressure on my bones. Pillows were great though. I would definitely go back if there are better mattresses.

The location was walkable from Registan Square and also the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous.

Stayed for only one night, but liked it a lot. There's a fridge with drinks (including beer) at the reception, the pool was still opened in September and there are a lot of places to chill in the yard. Left early so we couldn't try the breakfast unfortunately. Also be aware that payment by cash is preferred, but that seems to an Uzbek thing.
