We were literally thrown out of the hotel because we dared to request a change of room. The allocated room had a sloping floor that maxed us dizzy when walking on it. At first the manager offered us a smaller room upstairs, but as we were debating whether to take this he changed strategy and gave us all sorts of reasons why we shouldn’t take that. It was obvious that he wanted to get rid of a problem. I found the manager rude and unapologetic and in the end we gave in to his suggestion to move us to a neighbouring hotel, just to get a peace of mind. He also asked us not to write a bad review.

The staff and the little terrace with a small swimming pool and the seats is great. Breakfast is enough and the location is perfect. Restaurants, stores and Registan Square are a couple of blocks away.

Wi-fi signal is not good, they even have 3 networks and tje signal drops constantly. Otherwise this is the place to stay in Samarkand

#1 is Location. I booked this hotel for proximity to the Registan and I was not disappointed. It's a 5-minute walk. There were several good restaurants just a couple of minutes away on the way to the Registan. Also very easy to walk to sites to the north. Good room, good breakfast and very helpful. They also arrange a private trip to Sharisabaz.

Hotel is closed to registan square, so it is very stategic and closed to historical places around there. Room is clean and confortable. The staff is communicative and helpful. Mr Beka (the manager) helped us so much during staying at the hotel, managed our day trip to 7lakes Tajikistan and prepared our early breakfast.

It’s very close to Registan Square, just a few minutes walk. There are some restaurant and shops nearby. The room is clean and quite. Many food options for breakfast, I love the omelette so much. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I’m happy to meet Mr Beka, he is so nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The outdoor seating area was also great to have.

Sadly the beds were hard and one of our rooms smelt awful due to a blocked drain.
