The room I stayed in was refurbished and very modern, facing the courtyard. It was very comfortable. Nice courtyard to hang out in. Location was superb. Just minutes away from the Registan Plaza. If you are coming at night, it's down a not very well lit street but all very safe. Highly recommend

Very hospital and caring hosts. A quiet place just near Registan, excellent location. A cozy courtyard with a pool and tables and seats for a rest. A room is clean and modern and has everything you need, e.g. a kettle with tea bags, water, hair dryer. If you prefer a soft or stiff pillow, apply to a staff, they will provide that you like. A tasty breakfast with fruits.

I highly recommend Zarina. It made my time in Samarkand even more special. - Great boutique hotel at the heart of the city. - A 5-minute walk to Registan Square and other touristy areas. - My room was very clean, modern and comfortable. - Quiet location. - The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most spoke English. - The breakfast is good with some vegan options. - Good A/C and WiFi connection. Working fridge, kettle, and tea variation.

The location was perfect for the main tourist attractions and the courtyard was a nice place to relax. Room was a good size, clean and very quiet

The staff were mostly rude and unhelpful, especially before the arrival. (That being said one of the reception staff was very friendly which is a shame everyone else let it down). The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. First you want to be there before any large group takes over, otherwise there is not enough room for anyone else to sit and you will have to wait for them to finish. If you eventually get a seat, there won't be any food or clean utensils left.
