Hotel Formosa Daet

The staff and location are good.

There are mosquitoes in the rooms and only 1 towel was provided for my wife, our 2 daughters, and myself.

Staffs are polite and friendly, hot shower, breakfast is ok, wifi is good and the location is exceptional.

They will provide you with only ONE pillow, no bidet or at least a bucket/pail, weak network coverage inside the room, early check-in now allowed.

best friendliest staff ever

I was quite impressed with the level of cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and towels. It had a beautiful interior. It felt like the room was newly renovated because of how well-maintained it was. The bathroom was also very clean, with plenty of amenities provided. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met and that I was comfortable during my stay. It was my first time in Daet and they keep answering my questions and gave me proper directions! From the front desk staff to the housekeeping, everyone was genuinely kind and courteous. Plus, the hotel is very near SM Daet which is a huge win! Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Formosa for anyone looking for a clean and friendly place to stay. The level of cleanliness and friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It is difficult for me to say anything bad really. For the price, you’ll get your money’s worth!

close to SM shop.

rooms were on the 3rd floor without a lift. not good for senior clients. the blanket that was provided was too thin. you have to rent an extra blanket which was also thin for 100 pesos per day even the same blanket was used for few days without being changed. but the staffs were exceptionally polite and courteous. will stay again in the future but will book the first floor room next time.

Just the location, it’s near the mall.

we stayed at room 308, i brought a lot of stuff and it was really hard to transfer all my belongings. the shower is leaking also the leaks under the shower door. i had to use their hand towel to minimize the leaking, i was shocked that the staff couldn’t justify why the hand towel got broken because we had to use it as a mop. they even charged us 200 pesos for a small hand towel.
