We booked the place one week in advance and paid in full to make sure our accommodation is confirmed as we are coming from a different city with the whole fsmily and when we arrived we couldn’t believe what awaited us! The staff told us that they did not receive confirmation from booking.com even after showing them our reservation and confirmation details! Then told us they don’t have available rooms anymore!!!!!! Imagine being exhausted and all after a long travel with the whole family with kids and senior member…then the staff later on told us that they’ll just try to find a way to accommodate us, with their other rooms with limited to no options. Room was dirty with cocroaches!!!!! Staff is too incompetent to handle situations like this and totally ignorant about the accommodation process, specially with booking apps. We asked for the manager but the staff was too hesitant, the company needs help from professional accommodation consultants, seriously. WE WILL NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE!!!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served on time and the breakfast is good. Wifi has good connection. It's also accessible to SM City Daet. Water supply is great anytime of the day. You can request blower and towel immediately.

Facility - did not meet our expectations. The wallpapers are peeling off from the wall and were quite dirty. The blinds looked old and dirty as well and needs to be replaced. Lights are also very dim and are all warm lights and has no option for brighter lighting. Cleanliness - The closet smelled awful as if it wasn't cleaned. It smelled as if somebody hung a sweaty jacket and left it there for a week. The airconditioning unit also produces an unpleasant smell. CR's grout are already dirty. Posted pictures on the website are outdated. No bidet or something that can be used in the toilet. You can only use tissue.
