Staff are super nice specially sir Albert and kuya the security guard and all of them .

Staff was friendly and accommodating

Floor in room needed to be mopped not just swept

The location was good. friendly staff

The smell of incense in the lobby and restaurant was so disgusting. The food was the worst. The breakfast reservation time was not kept. I don't know why asking for breakfast time. Cold Spaghetti and Sisig. I think my son got an upset stomach from that food.

The room, location and parking are great.

The hot and cold shower is challenging to use. Its hard to maintain certain water temperature while taking a bath

there is no hot water in the shower but the faucet water is extremely hot . the sink is clog we have to let the staff to have it fix . the shower leak the whole time waste a lot water.

The frontdesk (Marissa), Jun, the new and the old guard, the staff who brings our breakfast, and everyone else we have interacted; they were all exceptional!!! Customer service at its finest. they all deserve a raise. ❤️ The room was so clean, and the location is superb! Will definitely be back and recommend this to our friends and family.
