R Bed and Breakfast

The staff are friendly and accomodating.

The room is clean but every night of our stay I killed cockroach inside the room. The coffee cup got cockroach also in the water dispenser. We stay in chives room but the window in toilet cannot be close we feel cold when taking bath. Also the hotwater cannot sustain the temperature

Location-wise, it’s perfect!

But here are some of our concerns: • Room facilities need improvement to make it worth the price. [More Hangers, Table for Dining, Dirty Windows (*hard to reached areas including curtains rods), Busted Lights, Poor Heater, and AC]. Food aromas were coming into the room from the kitchen below our room. *Comfort Room was okay - very clean. • We are expecting a delightful breakfast but Hot Choco was no longer available on our second morning while creamier was not available on our third morning.

The room was good. Very elean.

All was good except the shower. The shower was cold. It was only worm when the water flow was a trickle no enough water flow to wash properly.

We like the place especially if you want a family bonding after your travel, they have a small garden where you can sit down and bond with your family and have some drink, Staff is very nice, all request and room service are excellent granted. Food is very cheap and affordable.

The shower heater is not heating consistently, very cold bathroom. I think the water heater is broken or not of good quality, I don't like the serving of breakfast, there is nothing special on it. Our room smells kitchen, but it's clean.
