Luna, the receptionist was very kind. Nice bath and room.

The location its just in the middle of nowhere. None speaks english. Food was really not good. We rented a bike from the hotel. It was a very old one with making noise and no mirrors. Breakfast only till 9.30. We came right after and they even did not serve us a coffee. Strang big interior in the Restaurant. Not enough warm water.

Great location close to all main attractions. Nice rooms, fresh, renovated. Fairly good breakfast including pho bo, fresh fruits, eggs. Great staff, very helpful, helped to organize our tours. Can get the bicycle to ride around

Floors are not super clean but rest is ok.

The facilities were in general well maintained. No real complains. But it could always be better. For example the garden water feature.

Facilities are carefully maintained, rooms are clean and cossy. Location is perfect and staff is super HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. If I return to the Ninh Bin area I will book this resort again without a second thought. Worth mention that they take care of minimising waste like providing some toiletry made with wood or paper rather than plastic 👍👍
