Despite the rest I have to admit the rooms were nice and clean. No comments there.

The communication with the staff was bad. With different prices being given for transport/ motorcycle rent in the hotel. The hotel in general isn't clean (breakfast room/ pool/ reception/...) and the breakfast was clearly not fresh. We rented a motorcycle in the hotel which was not in a good shape for double the price as normal. Gave us helmets that you can't call helmets anymore :)) Food in general here is NOT good it is pricey and not tasty.

The staff were all super friendly and made our stay both pleasant and memorable. It’s a small and private resort where you feel seen by the staff and the food was also really good.

It’s located a bit off. During our stay there were two company events, which were both bursting with positive energy but could be a bit disruptive if you wanted a quiet romantic dinner. However, the resort made sure that everything was quiet by 10:30pm so everyone got a good nights sleep.

We liked the location of the hotel, very quiet area and nice pool, however during our stay there was construction work going on directly behind our rooms. This resulted in some noise in the morning. Staff at front desk was very friendly and breakfast was good. The rooms were large, spacious and very nice, the bathrooms were also very nice, large and clean. The laundry service was good.

In addition, the gardener had to mow the lawn in the afternoon when we were swimming with the children. We complained, but unfortunately that didn't help. It was loud for over an hour which was very disappointing. Unfortunately some breakfast items like yogurt, milk, salads were not kept refrigerated which made us a little concerned as they were left there for a long time and the air conditioning was off in the breakfast room in the morning.

Nice, calm and clean resort, comfortable room, nice garden and swimming pool, nice, helpful staff - especially Thai Nguyen.

We were missinformed about transfer possibility to Cat Ba resulting in worse transportation option. Pool area not clean.
