Gieng Ngoc Cat Ba Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at Giếng Ngọc Hotel in Cat Ba. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their warm hospitality. They went out of their way to help us find the best transportation options, which made our trip so much smoother. Honestly, this might just be the best place to stay on the island!

We booked a sea view, and we were not advised us that the sea view was a construction site and that there were renovations to the premises. The breakfast was horrible, and there was nothing like the pictures on the site. The breakfast area looked like a construction site. Definitely false advertising. The staff try and make the best of a bad situation. Will not be returning.

The only thing you could moan about was the water pressure on the forth floor. Not much pressure. Bed was wonderful

My room has a sea view, the morning sea breeze is cool and gentle. Just a few steps to the beach. The hotel is great.

I stayed here for two nights and everything was perfect. The hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are clean, convenient and very comfortable. We had a memorable vacation here. The room is spacious, the bed is soft. In particular, the location of the homestay is perfect with the sea view and the mountain back, helping us enjoy the majestic natural scenery right from the balcony.
