Silk River Hotel Ha Giang

It had very high quality feeling. We could sleep very well and it was really clean.

Breakfast was like warm and not a great selection. People at reception were too quiet or could not speak English. If you need to park your car it might be a challenge.

It's a nicely decorated hotel. Breakfast was good. The view from breakfast room is nice. The faucet would not stop dripping.

I was completely ignored upon arrival at the front desk. The front desk person was not assisting anyone. I waited around 5 minutes to give them time to finish their task, still nothing. Eventually I had to speak up and ask to check-in. It was really uncomfortable.

We had a lovely clean and great sized room with a climate of the river. We discovered if you go down to the basement carpark, you can access a deck to view the river. This was a lovely spot. Access to food for dinner at nearby places is OK. The breakfast food was cold and unappealing. Non speaking English staff made questions a challenge.
