Silk River Hotel Ha Giang

We arrived in the evening witj a bus from Hanoi. We were tired from the trip but Kwang helped us really well getting a room the night before we were riding the HG loop. He even suggested a cheaper option. Hotelroom was comfortable for our family. We had a pleasant stay and decent service.

I was reported to booking.com as a no show also could not find any staff in the morning to enjoy my breakfast included in the price !

It was close to the bus stop and to the motorbike rental, the room was clean and the staff very nice!

No Windows in the room

Clean and confortable room. Good for one night before the Ha Giang loop. Beautiful view from the breakfast room. Great value for money.

A hidden gem and one of my best experiences so far in Vietnam. Quang, the receptionist, welcomed me like an old friend and was helpful in the same way. The staff is nice and charming, and the room was very comfy with a fantastic view over the river. Breakfast was top notch in a chilled athmosphere, not that hussle n bussle you usually have at the hotels over here. All in all a great value for the dongs you pay.

You hear a bit of the neighbours upstairs, but that is not a deal-breaker. Compared to other hotels it is acceptable.

Good and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our breakfast and had a good stay before starting the Ha Giang Loop.

It was a little smelly when we entered the room. I guess the room was empty for a little while. There was also a light we couldn’t turn off in the night. It was behind the curtain so it was okay.

A clean, comfortable and well-appointed room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Breakfast buffet is Vietnamese fare, with plenty of selections and—if you ask—eggs to order.

Everything was great.
