Great hotel - very helpful efficient staff - value for money. What more could you want

On arrival stairs look daunting, but if you go into the underground garage there is a lift to reception. Someone was waiting for us at 05:00 am, grateful for that. Loved the room, except for the view of a metal hut. I could have paid for for riverview but that has 3 beds but of a waste. Not complaining just want everyone to be aware of the no view rooms. Breakfast was fresh & lush. Had to decide the night before, eggs/pho/spring rolls, then you get tropical fruit yogurt juice & coffee, all freshly made when you arrive 😋

Staff were lovely, very kind, my partner got sick and they allowed us to check out a bit later because of it.
