"Very bad. I never been back."

No breakfast. Service is very bad. TV program is from China, there is nom any Vietnamese channel. Service staff is ridiculous in working for catering to customer requirement about internet TV.

Everything is not good. Hotel appearance is not beautiful. Nothing in Fridge, bodywash cream is empty but not recharged.

"Nay"

No well managed, bathroom handle had chewing gum stuck to it hard like it's been there for months, the room smelt like it hasn't been aired out for a long time. They didn't change the sheets and pillows in our parent's room, though when asked they did quickly change it

Good location

Hot water was not available sometimes. The air-conditioner was installed too close to the bed and blew cold air straight to the head.

Cloths and bath towel wasn’t clean probably. The floor is sticky and smelly. Mattress and bed are smelly. Poor customer service, the reception never help customer carry the luggage in. Would never comeback here or recommend to friends and family comeback here.
