The Opera Hotel Hải Phòng

The location is great. There's always someone at the reception - it's a big plus if you have to check-in or -out at night. The place is ok for one night. The cleanliness is not at a good level but acceptable for Asia.

Cleanliness. It was pretty cold (early March) in the room.

I needed a short stopover between trips it was affordable no frills but comfortable at the same, large supermarket across the street with many restaurants options.

The rooom is quite small compared to the advertised pictures on the web

After paying in full i got the key and i was on my own. Door was difficult to open, lavabo have no faucet i have to use bathroom shower to wash my face.room smelled .never comback.

Location was great. Staff was helping. Price was OK.

Pillows, blanket, bed sheet had bad smell of sweat accumulated for days on them.

The young man at the front desk was fantastic. Very helpful when we were unsure where to go. We needed jackets as well and he guided us to a great market. The place is a bit dated. Shower was good, hot and good pressure. Everything works though. Would recommend for an overnight stay for sure.

Needs a little tlc. Would have been very classy in its day.
