L’odeur d’humidité dans les chambre mais nous avions une chambre au bord de la piscine je me dis que c’est dû à ça

The pool is excellent,the staff was nice and helpful.

Basically I relied on taxi for transport. It would be great if the hotel could provide more shuttle services to popular areas. I stayed for 5 nights and the bedsheets hadn’t been changed during my stay.

Excellent, I highly recommend it.

⭐️ 1/5 – Far From a Five-Star Hotel This hotel claims to be a five-star property, but that is far, far from the truth. We stayed here for six nights in Phuket and paid approximately 64,000 THB, expecting comfort, professionalism, and basic hygiene. What we experienced was the complete opposite. We arrived at the hotel at 9pm after an exhausting 18-hour flight from London. Instead of being able to check in and rest, we discovered that all three of our rooms were infested with bedbugs. We were a group of six across three rooms, and every single room had them. We recorded video evidence and showed it to the staff. Initially, they denied the issue entirely, insisting there were no bedbugs. Only after repeatedly arguing and physically taking staff into the rooms to see the insects themselves did they finally acknowledge the problem. We were told the hotel was fully booked, yet after more back-and-forth, they somehow managed to find three alternative rooms. Because of this ordeal, we were not able to properly check into our rooms until around 3am. After already enduring an 18-hour flight, you can imagine how frustrating and unacceptable this was. As if that wasn’t enough, once we finally checked in, the water in all of the rooms was ice cold. We were then forced to wait a further hour for maintenance to come and rectify the issue — meaning no showers and no rest after a long-haul journey. This really was the cherry on top of an already disastrous first night. While I don’t fully blame the night reception staff, who clearly had limited support, the overall handling of this situation was appalling and would be unacceptable in any hotel — let alone one that markets itself as five-star.
