The staff were absolutely amazing — everyone was genuinely happy, smiling, and very welcoming throughout our stay. Service felt sincere, not forced. We ordered food and drinks (fries, wraps, nuggets, cocktails), and during service one nugget accidentally fell on the ground. We told them it was totally fine and not a problem at all, but they still brought us a whole new plate for free, which was an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture. Cleanliness was excellent, staff worked happily, and there was no language barrier — communication in English was very easy. Overall, everything felt warm, professional, and lovely.

The location is good for Phuket Old Town, but the beaches are quite far. You usually need to take a taxi, which can take around 30–40 minutes or more depending on the beach. That said, the hotel offers free shuttle services to the mall and Old Town, which is a great bonus and very convenient.

Good looking reception and pool areas.

My room was NOT clean. There was mold, mildew and soap scum on the shower walls and inside the sink. It smelled like pee and there were bed bugs. The chairs in the pool area needed a good scrubbing.
