The place was private and clean. The staff were attentive and helpful. Check-in and service was awesome and any issues or problems were immediately acknowledged. Honestly really enjoyed this spot to come home to after long days of touring and walking! It's tucked away but it was great for us lads.

The beds were a bit too firm and this wasn't the comfiest! I'd definitely get new mattresses if we were to stay there longer.

Ich habe insgesamt gemischte Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Security war immer da und ebenfalls sympathisch. Die Anlage selbst wirkt gepflegt, es gibt tägliche Reinigung, einen kleinen Fitnessraum und mit Roller oder Grab kommt man gut überall hin.

Trotzdem gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Ich wollte früher auschecken und habe sowohl über Booking.com als auch per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen. Leider kam bis heute keine Antwort. Auch das Personal vor Ort konnte die Info wohl nicht weitergeben. Eine Erstattung oder irgendein Entgegenkommen gab es nicht, was sehr enttäuschend war. In der Villa selbst gab es mehrere Mängel: – Der Duschkopf war zwar fixiert, aber nicht fest genug, sodass das Wasser eher zur Seite und nach vorne gespritzt hat, statt nach unten. – Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es kein Kingsize-Bett, sondern zwei Einzelbetten auf Rollen, die zusammengeschoben waren. – Der Pool ist nur ca. 1,1 m tief, und im Poolbereich kommt sehr wenig Sonne an. – Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer sind eher schlicht gehalten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, aber die fehlende Kommunikation über Booking.com und die genannten Punkte sollten unbedingt verbessert werden.

Great area and very comfortable and private place to stay. Easy access to different parts of the city and the staff and security were very polite and there was daily housekeeping.

Comfortable, luxurious stayed with 3 of my friends so there was 4 of us. We booked out this whole villa there was 4 rooms. All had their own private shower and bathroom. This resort also comes with a laundry too so if you’re a freak like me and like to do your washing on holidays this was a huge plus. The staff was so polite filled with kindness. Housekeeping was there everyday without fail which wasn’t even needed but did an incredible job keeping our places spotless and fresh at all times. All aircons work perfectly and the pool was so much fun!

Not that I didn’t like it but this property is a tiny bit closer to Chalong than rawaii. It’s still very close not even a 8 minute drive till rawaii. Wasn’t a problem at all but if you want to stay in the centre of rawaii this isn’t quite it. BUT it is perfect if you want to be close to Chalong and rawaii so that’s a major bonus.
