The design of the hotel looks amazing and authentic. The hotel has a calm and clean private beach. The staff are well-behaved and very flexible with restaurant opening hours. Since we were always late :)

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, especially at breakfast and reception. Their hospitality truly stood out. During our stay, they surprised us with romantic bed decorations and a beautiful bouquet on the TV table—such a sweet gesture. The towels were spotless and soft, adding to the comfort. A charming experience overall! Also very nice Live music, Arabic dance and play Piano every night which was great .

Despite the hotel's 5-star rating, our stay fell short of expectations. The shampoo and shower gel provided were of such poor quality that we had to use our own toiletries. Breakfast was underwhelming, lacking variety, and on three out of five days, the potatoes were clearly reheated—not fresh. Juices tasted artificial, which is surprising given the country's abundance of citrus fruits. Basic amenities were missing: no coffee machine, no guest guide booklet, and no complimentary slippers. When we asked for a restaurant menu, reception informed us it was only available inside the restaurant—an odd inconvenience. Overall, the attention to detail was lacking.

Hotel não é novo: alguns problemas no banheiro por ser antigo; Na praia e na piscina, não tinha opções p pedir comida, apenas bebidas. Se quiser comer, fora do horário do buffet, tem apenas um restaurante do hotel q fica bem próximo à praia, mas precisamos nos deslocar.
