Very beautiful place. Quite and spacious. We found a good deal and it was a great value for the money we spent

Service can be a bit more attentive. We went to the bar that was almost empty and gaved us one drink list for 2 people Shower head on our room was not working properly, it was fine but I would suggest to clean it or fix it a little bit.

We booked our stay at the Oceana to be at the end of an extensive 12 days of driving around Tunisia and seeing the incredible sites. We wanted a couple of days of just relaxing in a lovely environment. Silah, at the reception, made sure that our stay definitely exceeded our expectations and took care of our family. Our room was truly lovely with a fantastic view of the sea, the staff were friendly, the wifi worked very well and everything was very clean. The hotel is really pretty - both inside and out. We particularly enjoyed sitting under one of the palm trees and lounging near the pool.

We had a bit of a price shock compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our trip (e.g. buffet dinner was TND 110 pp vs. 40-50 in other 4 to 5 star hotels). I suspect this is the Hammamet premium. It seemed that many of the other hotel guests had half board or all-inclusive packages which were probably much more reasonably priced. As booking dot com did not have this option, I would recommend to people to search on other platforms for these packages. There aren't really other restaurants within easy reach of the hotel, so using the hotel facilities makes sense. That being said, I would recommend to the hotel to offer 1-2 additional a la carte restaurants (perhaps varied cuisines) as an option to the buffet (there was only one and it offered the same menu for lunch and dinner). Buffet dinners always tend to feel rushed and people are constantly getting up & down. It is much more relaxing and enjoyable to have a sit down, served dinner without any time pressure. This is something we expect in a 5 star hotel.

Magnifique jardin avec beaucoup de palmiers...le lit etait très confortable...par contre en 2025 de la moquette dans les chambres c est juste pas possible et surtout pas hygiénique. Si non belle terrasse et une grande chambre. Nous avions une chambre au 3ème étage avec vue mer....quel spectacle. Depuis la plage une marche d env 25 minutes et nous étions au Port de Yasmine..sympa comme ballade. Sympathique plage avec des lits de plages confortables.

La moquette dans les couloirs de l hôtel, mais surtout la moquette dans la chambre.... Juste ça si non je n hésiterais pas à réserver un autre séjour... Le soin spa sans plus...et la coiffeuse jamais plus....à éviter....

My Second stay, got the ground family suite with easy access to the pool and beach, the hotel is indeed 5 stars. As Always, Mr Salah in the reception area with the kind attitude and smile , made our check in fast and easier, huge swimming pool and private beach access. I really recommend it.

"Some" waiters in the lunch buffet were rude, and only looking for some nationality to serve them. Really this should be considered while hiring these waiters. Other than that, everything is perfect.
