Liberty Sapa Hotel

The staff and the owner are very wonderfull, they really helpfull

Very spacious room with a nice balcony at the edge of Sapa town. It's a 15 minute uphill walk to the centre of town but it's not too steep. The room has a TV with HDMI port so you can plug your phone in when Sapa is in the clouds. Nice bathroom with a separate shower and WiFi is ok.

The corridors are echo chambers, amplifying noise all over the building and there are no notices asking people to be quiet; there should be. I was there for 5 nights and there was noise every night

Balcony with great view of the hills. Working toilet, hot water shower, clean water, electric kettle and the coffee. Helpful and polite front office lady. Walking distance to local shops for food, massage. Located in the main village road.

The aircon heater function was not calibrated (functioning) in one of the two room I rent. Although the cooling and dehumidifier are both ok.

Good hospitality, location close to Moana (walk around 5 minutes). Good Value

Location quite far from city center (walk around 15-20 minutes). Heater work abit slow. No elevator until 6th floor, need to use stairs from 5th floor.

Spacious, very affordable price

Heating was not working well. need to walk quite a distance from town centre, should be ok, but during winter, the distance seems far for an outdoor hilly walk
