The staff were friendly

It wasn’t very clean at all and the hot water ran out very fast. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor.

Great view from our Deluxe rooms on levels 5 and 6. Quiet.

Not really walking distance from Sapa centre considering the traffic and footpaths blocked by parked cars and motorcycles.

The staff were very kind and helpful and the property is located at the beginning of the road that leads to some of Sapa's villages. As everything is within walking distance within Sapa town the location wasn't an issue for me. Unfortunately on the first night there were some uncivilised guests/tenants right above my room who thought it was totally normal to be dragging furniture across the room at 1am and again at about 7am. This clearly is not the hosts fault, so hopefully at the time of your stay you'll have some more considerate guests. There's also some decent restaurants nearby the property.
