Staff did smile a lot

For a Hyatt, it was no better than the average hotel. It was old and dingy. The room phones did not work. There was no microwave. Coffee maker was toy size, flimsy and leaked. Sofa was filthy!..stains all over it! The bed was sloppy looking.

There were bugs all over the air conditioning unit. They did put us in another room on a different floor, but I would say overall the hotel is very outdated which makes it feel dirty. In our second room, the showers had huge cracks in multiple places and the hallways smelled damp and moldy. I would not return to this hotel.
