Carpets were extremely dirty. Sofa bed mattress: just toss it! Chair had missing arm rails. Pool was stated to open end of March, arrive...no date to reopen pool, plus zero compensation because I booked 3rd party.

The room was nice and clean.

The pool is out of order until no one knows when. I had called before I booked to make sure the pool was all set, and when I arrived I was told it was not working since September, and they don't know when it will be open. I didn't sleep well at all because it's on rt4, and the cars were super loud and sounded like they were drag racing until about 2:30am.
