The property is close to stores

I booked the room specifically for the indoor pool as i have children coming from out of town and wanted to enjoy that with them. , when i got to the hotel they proceeded to tell me the pool was closed for maintenance. I think that alot of people book hotels for that reason during the winter season and i think there should be a message telling guests that before booking, the amount i paid is very expensive for a basic room when i could have went somewhere else for less that has a pool that is functioning.. very dissapointed

The bathroom for disabled needs upgrade. The floor & positioning of rails/ shelves are not safe. The enter/exit from street is not safe.
