Clean and well maintained

I was in room 19 the shower head is spraying water everywhere but not where it’s supposed to. Reported to reception Please install the soap holders in the shower Buy the silicon toilet brush. The one in our room was rusty and spoilt the clean look of the bathroom

The cleanliness, safety, and friendliness of the staff. The beds are big nd comfortable.

The rooms had not enough sugar, coffe or teabags.

The room was spacious and the hotel was located in a central place

The room had a funny spell. The sheets weren’t clean and blankets also didn’t smell great. The staff was a bit unprofessional and had loud conversations. The music was loud in the evening. The pool was dirty. The chairs by the pool were uncomfortable. There were no ice for their drinks yet they didn’t want us to bring our own drink. So we were served hot drinks

Great location. Easy access. Rooms were well designed. Good lighting and it was quiet around the area. Everything was clean and neat. Place has great potential. So keep going.

Staff must inform guests about dining and breakfast options...I did not know what is available at the property. Should pay a little bit more attention to room maintenance....like globes in lamps, shower heads and so on.

Everything about the place was excellent, from the super friendly staff to the room itself. I would definitely visit again 😀 😄

There's nothing I didn't like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Place was clean,bed was comfortable with clean linen and blankets…very spacious 😍breakfast fast was delicious and affordable
