The person at the reception was very rude and not welcoming. It took us an hour and half to check in.

There was no blankets, no mirrors,the place was very loud with music until 1am.

Quite at the right time.

No kettle for making tea or coffee

The room was very dirty and not as expected. Facilities in room bad, no kettle cord, no milk, no teaspoons. Linnen was dirty and full stains. Towels were old and furniture in room was also very dirty. The bar and restaurant facilities also poor, no ice for drinks.

Did not get the breakfast and no one responded when I asked about it and we found our room not been cleaned but a sister from reception did it for us

The noise was too much during the night

The place looks clean from outside smell great inside.

I booked a balcony room got there the toilet is broken and running water the tall guy at the reception looked at me like what's my problem I should just sleep 🙄 then moved me into another room with no linen on the bed, I had to go down stairs as the was mattress cover only, the gave, me a thrower, still no linen as I was about to rest myself the pillow case were dity and so is the towels that had someone else's hair 🤮 and funny stains marks on mind due I checked in at 22:30 coming from work, I'm tired I had to go again the guy desputes that the pillow case is dirty and urges with an irrited voice the lady took it 18 min later she came back😩 said sorry, bathroom door also doesn't close yoooo, I'm done never will I set my foot there the main this is attitude morethan a pillow case.

My trip would have been a disaster if it wasn't for the staff member in the bar, as well as housekeeping which were really friendly an accommodating and tried their best to make my stay bearable.

First room was so dark, there was no way I could work in it. Not withstanding the down light that flashed non stop. The room had a kettle, but no coffee, no cup or teaspoon. I could not handle the flashing so I got moved to another room. This a little brighter, but had no kettle but a cup and coffee. The staff did sort this out. Shower glass leaks so bathroom was full of water, no bath mat, or anything to try and manage slipping all over the place. From the Friday, huge parties going on, both Friday and Saturday, not taking any guest into account. Guests, part of the party, in and out the rooms on either side of me until 3am, talking loudly is passages, smell of weed wafting through from the next room. Owners and staff at this stage seemed to be part of the party so just stayed in my room for my own safety. I also was refused the Booking.com discount given on booking and paid over R1000 more for my stay!

It was in a great location and from outside it looked beautiful.

The bed was not comfortable the bedding were burned the toilet stinked and when we showerd the whole bathroom was under water because of a shower glass that weren't there.
