The stuff was good.

The basin was leaking, we had to mop the place a couple of times, the Balcony was dirty and had cigarettes on there.

Please looks Ohk, however they should state that it’s not a self catering, huge problem was the coacroach were everywhere we spend most of our night trying to deal with them Place needs proper fumigation

Staff members very friendly

The room was clean that was the only thing I liked

My husband and I slept there on the 31st of December and the following morning we had to go out to buy food because the kitchen was not open.. They only opened their kitchen around 12 and when we placed an order we had to wait 3 hours to get our food... I'm not happy about their service... Imagine on a busy day like the 1st of January and they only had 1 chef and 1 waitress... We were supposed to check out on the 2nd of January but we checked out on the 1st just because of their service.... They are so unprofessional. I'll never visit that place again

I liked the pool very well maintained and cleaned everyday without failure. Easily located Near mall and food stores Air con,TV,fridge,kettle was working The manager promised to improve their services

I didn’t like their hospitality The hotel needs maintenance ,pest control services Their room services are poor Their shower is not covered the water flows in the floor Cockroaches in the room No proper tea ingredients provided
