Check in was not a hassle, though my rooms almost wasn't as booked on the app but the receptionist sorted it out and we got what we paid for

Room services,Not changing of linen or is bcz we wer sleeping there for 2 nights, wasn't aware Hotel services we must do our own bedding, bathroom basin block and .their inability to have change during cash transactions I left R18 and I don't think on their end they wud accept a shortfall,

The staff is very friendly and lovely Shout out to the white guy i met in tho morning at reception, shout out to the xhosa lady whom i checked in on her, shout out to the venda lady who was cleaning in the morning… the restaurant and the pools ❤️❤️

"Terrible / horrible place i have ever stayed at."

The loud music that happened beyond overnight..The rude receptionist who told us where to get off.My booking was mixed up.

Noise, not properly cleaned, no mirrors in the room, no blankets, no aircon at the room we were given.
