The only good thing about the property is the staff

the bedding was abit dirty , the shower wasnt working at all and there was literally no water and the bathroom wasn’t pleasing at all

Peaceful place nonetheless.

That the place was not thoroughly clean and that the room was not as advertised. And didn’t know of the breakfast until the day of extension when saw on my booking nor was I informed by the staff of the breakfast, so didn’t have it.

I loved the way the rooms were set up, the place was clean and the Internet was great lol

The night receptionist was horrible, mean and whenever I asked him for assistance he said I was causing problems for him. The morning receptionist had way better manners and she was really nice. I feel like he should take some People- skills classes to be able to assist people with a better attitude.

The location was safe, staff was friendly.

This is the second time that the tv apps doesnt work, it keeps saying update then when u update it doesn’t install meaning u cant watch movies nor log into your Netflix account, and in the previous room the remote dont work so u can’t access the tv.

The bed was clean receptionist(nosipho) was super friendly upon arrival

Entrance isn't so appealing, bathroom with a bath tub could use an upgrade, paid cleaning fee my room was never touched for 3 days, asked for fresh towels, never came, had to buy my own, TV did not work no one was willing to help with that, basically looked like a place where people go to do their one hour business and that's it

The room was alright

The sheets were not clean
