The shower is not in the room, room close to the road. The tv was not working. The was a sound of rats in the ceiling

Nothing at all Service bad, rooms dirty, rude staff

The fact that they don’t cleans rooms, bedding’s are nit changed nor cleaned for the stay, gate operating with local number airtime which is hard for visitors outside SA Smoking of drugs all over the premises that one will be sniffing it all day

No breakfast

The sheets were not clean, they had blood stains, no water for the first day, no WiFi as advertised

The room was elegant and clean

The was too much ongoing noisy activities

Location , looked nice

Rooms are cold , no water in the taps at all , no heater , tv remote does not work , no WiFi staff couldn’t care any less , very rude when you ask them something, service is horrible
